how do i synchronize all labels on a sheet with the first cell wi.

I am trying to figure out how to have Word auto duplicate the
contents of the cell on a sheet of labels to all the other cells
after I make changes to the first cell.

Select the first cell and copy it to the clipboard. Then select the whole
table and paste.
