How do I sync Palm Z22 with MS Office 2007 beta

I recently installed the MS Oullook 2007 beta program and am not able to sync
the calendar function with my Palm Z22
 
Ask Palm if they support Office/Outlook 2007 yet. They may have some beta
software of their own.

After furious head scratching, Gidley Park asked:

I have the T|X and the only way the sync will work so far is to download a
3rd party program PocketMirror XT - then the sync should work.
