How do I sync multiple handhelds to the same profile?

Whe I try to hotsycnc my Visor to Outlook I get a message that I have changed
my Visor user name (which I have not) or do not have permission to hotsync.
Thereis also a message suggesting that I obtain assistance from the On-line
help to "sync to mulitple handhelds using the same profile". I have yet to
find help doing this operation.

Please advise how I sync multiple handhelds so that I can back up my Visor
from my PC.

This is a function of your sync software. If it won't allow multiple PDAs
to sync, then you need to either get a different sync tool or speak with the
vendor of the one you have to see it it can be changed.
