How do I stop the header formatting from changing every time I ch.

Everytime I change the formatting of the body of the text the formatting in
the header also changes despite them being different styles (ie. header is
header and body text is normal)
 
Sounds like you have normal set to update automatically, and the header
style is based on normal.
