How do I stop printing the legend page when I print documents?

When I print a document I get a second page which reads:

Filename: xxxxx
Directory: xxxxx
Template: xxxxxx
Title: xxxx

etc. etc. etc.

I can't seem to find out how to make this annoying page stop printing with
every document I print. HELP!

Tools | Options | Print: Clear the check box for "Document properties."
