how do i stop pocket PC clock time from changing during sync

During active sync, my pocket pc automatically gains 1 hour. This throws off
my pocket pc time and makes the events scheduled on my desktop PC be off by
one hour. Any idea how to stop this!

Make sure that the time zone and DST settings agree in Windows clock, the
Outlook Calendar, and your PDA.
