how do i stop incoming emails from automaticly being forwarded ?

For some reason all incoming emails are automaticly forwarding to some
unknown, non-working telephone number. I would like to stop this from
happening. This computer was used by a former employee, whom i believe had
emails forwarded to his cell phone. Please help.

What type of mail server?
Does it happen if Outlook is not running?
