How do I stop a note from filling the whole screen?

When I double click on a Note in the Note view it fills the entire screen. I
want it to only be around the size of a normal post-it note. How can I fix
that? In the Tools --> Options --> Notes menu it only allows me to change
the size of the Note icon in the note view.
 
At Main Menu bar--> Go-->Notes. Right click on Notes blue
header-->Properties. Click "General" tab. Look for "When posting to this
folder, use:" [Choose] IPM.sticky note (in the drop down menu). Click ok.
 
Thanks. When I checked it was already set to IPM sticky nte so unfortunately
that has not helped. I have run my cursor around the outer edge of the note
to see if I can resize it by pulling the margins but there does not seem to
be that option.

Oh. Ok. Have you tried this?
When you open the note and see it full screen, right click on the blue bar
at the top, then click "Restore". That should reduce it to post-it note
size. Then you can resize it to the size you want.
Note: If you click "Maximize" it will fill your screen again. If you click
"Minimize" it will be placed on the task bar.
