How do I sign up for receiving and sending e-mail?

set up, to do so!

Hi who is your mail provider usually this is your ISP?
Then we may be able to help you get set up.
 
Check with your email provider or Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Most have online directions explaining how to set up an email account.
Each provider has their own mail servers, so we can't guess what
yours might be.
