How do I show default Menus/Toolbars?

I did something stupid. I went into Tools>Startup... and changed the startup
options and now I can't figure out how to get the default menus and toolbars
back. Specifically, I unchecked the Allow Full Menus and Allow Built-In
Toolbars check boxes. Can anyone help me restore the default settings?

Hold down the Shift key WHILE opening the database to
bypass the Startup properties. Then change back anything
you wish.
