How do I share personal email settings across a home network?

I'm setting up our home network so that my parents have different user
accoounts, so that they can keep their work files (that they bring home) etc.
seperate. However, they have a joint email account which does not use a
Microsoft Exchange Server. I want to know if there is anyway that they can
share their pop3 emails and contacts in Outlook while using different users.

Set the .pst file location to a shared folder between users.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Ewan asked:
