How do I share outlook database without a microexchange or sharepo

I have a two person office - I am a manager of a l aw officce. We have just
gotten Office 2003 and want to use Outlook as our contact manager instead of
Act. How do I share a database/calendar/contacts without a microsoft
exchanger server or sharepoint? a steps-by-step process would be
appreciated. I am dyslexic and need someone to walk me through. I am very
smart -- if you were sitting next to me I would be able to follow.

I also need toknow how to improt into Business Contact Manager. I made a
..cvs fiile but not everything was imported. What was imported was imported
into the Personal Folder.

If you've already imported into your Contacts folder, just drag those
contacts into the BCM Business Contacts folder.
