How do I setup netscape email?

How do I setup Outlook 2000 to send/receive from my Netscape email account? I
have gone throught the steps, but I don't know what to plug in the lines.

Which "steps" did you follow? The ones on the web page that describes
the setup for Netscape Mail? Those don't tell which IP names to use for
the servers? I just look and, yep, their web help pages tell you how to
setup an account along with the IP names for their servers.
