I tried sending myself something to the email address they (MS Office 2003)
gave me and I never found the mail in my inbox. I'm not sure if I don't even
have email and that is why I can't receive any mail or I have the wrong email
address.I need help in setting up a real email address so I can see if I can
now receive mail.

.
What was the email address given to you by your ISP. They
should have also provided a "starter" password. You will
also need to know the POP and SMTP server addresses, again
supplied by the ISP. With that knowledge, choose E-mail
Accounts from the Tools drop down menu and follow
instructions in the wizard that opens.

Contact whomever is your Internet service provider (ISP) to find out
from them if they provide e-mail or not. If so, they will tell you what
settings to use. Your ISP's home page will probably have help pages
telling you how to configure your e-mail client.
