How do I setup a Global Outlook Signature for everyone's use?

I want to setup a Hipaa disclaimer that will attach itself to each person's
new outgoing messages, as well as allow each individual to add their name,
position, etc to this file. This Hipaa disclaimer file has to be periodically
updated.

Currently, once you attach to this file, it then saves the signature file to
each person's hard drive. When a change is made each person either has to
edit their HIPAA information, or re-connect to the file on the network drive
and add back in their individual information.

How can I simplify this?

I went on our server and found MailEssential Configurations. It has an
option to setup a Disclaimer on all outgoing mail from our server. I set
this up and now all external recipients will receive this Disclaimer and
internal recipients will not.

This will give us one place to edit our HIPAA Disclaimer and doesn't cost us
anything additional, such as the options listed at the site provided.

SInce it sounds like someone already paid for MailEssentials for your
organization, that's good that you can take advantage of another one of its
features.
