How do I setup a Database with a family hierarchy on Access ?

I would like to link up a database I have on the family hierarchy.
please let me know if this can be done on Access

If you mean a family tree database then look at

and don't ask as to why one must goto the Microsoft's United Kingdom portal
to able to find it!
