How do I set-up outlook to recieve mail fr sep e-m act?

I just recently installed Office 2003. I am trying to use outlook to read my
e-mails instead of verizon.net. How do I set outlook up to get and read my
e-mails?
 
Theproblem I am having is I want all my verizon e-mails to be directed to
OUTLOOK 2003. After I go to "toolds" "E-mail Accounts" add new account it
asks me the five questions...Microsoft Exchange Server, POP3, HTTP, IMAP,
Additional Server Types. Which one do I select? I have verizon online DSL...
 
POP3 - that's your mailbox type. DSL is your Internet connection type

Why not consult Verizon's help pages like Vince suggested? The page he
cited gives exact instructions. Why do you think he gave you the link?
