how do I set up outlook to do send and recieve when I connect to .

I have outlook set up as my e-mail reader, I would like to know how to set it
up so that when I connect to the internet thru my ISP that it would
automaticaly do send and recieve, so I don't have to do this by hitting the
send and recieve button??

Set up an automatic send/receive interval on Tools>Options>Mail
Setup>Send/Receive
