How do I set up my outlook to send e-mails through hotmail?

I have a new laptop and I would like to use my outlook 2003 to send e-mails,
however, I can't seem to set it up properly to send the e-mails through my
hotmail connection. The e-mails just sit in my outbox. Can anyone give me
some advice on what to do?

Did you pay Hotmail for OL support? They no longer offer it for free Hotmail
accounts. Check their support pages.

Maybe he has a grandfathered Hotmail account, and this particular new
computer is barfing...
