How do I set up my journal to automatically record my IE usage?

I would like to know how to get my journal to record my usage of Internet
Explorer. I can log Excell with no problems but Internet Explorer is not in
the list of Programs. The answer may be in the help menus but I am not
asking the right question to get the desired effect.

I don't think you can set that up for journaling. NB: I turn journaling OFF
by default when I set up a mail profile as it's big performance/space usage
hog.
