How do I set up my journal to automatically record my IE usage?

I would like to setup my automatic record feature in my Journal to log my
usage of Internet Explorer. I have succesfully recorded Excell usage but
Internet Explorer is not part of MS Office. Can this be done?
 
do you know any VB/VBA? it's not an option built into outlook but I suppose
if you know your way around programming, you may be able to make it work.
