How do I set up email from msn.com?

I am setting up Outlook 2003. I want to connect to my msn.com account. In
the past, I enjoyed getting my email from any location. If Outlook
downloads it will I still be able to view it from other locations?
I am also having trouble connecting to my msn.com account. I have used
pop3.email.msn.com and smtp.email.msn.com as the addresses. Any ideas?

If you want to be able to access your mail from anywhere, make sure the
settings for that e-mail account in Outlook are set to leave mail on the
server as well as downloading a copy to Outlook. As far as your second
question goes, you should give us some more detail on what you have done to
try to set up this account, e.g. what steps you have taken besides just
entering the server addresses. Does MSN require authentication to their
outgoing server?
