How do i set up email account in Pop3 or STML set up ?

Hello everybody,
I'm James and i'm new at this. Bear with me though i have been trying to
set up email account and it's asking me about server if i want POP3 and
STML, need help? I don't even know if you'll see this SOS .

You go to your mail provider/ISP website or make a phone call info on server
settings..
 
If you need more help, you'll have to tell us who your mail service provider is.
 
I found a tutorial that walked me through step by step setting up Windows
Mail using yahoo-mail plus, gmail, aol, hotmail etc.. Hope this is helpful.
The site is "vista4beginners.com/email" I was able to set up my Windows Mail
and activate the POP/IMAP in my gmail account. Good Luck
