How do I set up an Out of Office auto response?

If you are using an Exchange server, it is under the tools menu in a mail
folder. If no Exchange is in the picture, you will need to use Rules.
Downside of using rules is that you have to leave Outlook open and you will
confirm your address to every spammer on the face of the earth. Use one
from your ISP instead - many offer this service.
