I would like to set up a second email account. I do not want to make it
password protected. We do not want to have to log on with seperate profiles.
We would like to be able to log onto our computer and have access to either
email or both. Is there a way to do this?

Not sure what you're asking for. You can:

* Log into Windows using separate accounts and set up individual mail
profiles (even if they each access the same PST file, or each have their own
PST file & also open the other)
* Log into Windows with the same account, and share the same Outlook profile
* Log into Windows with the same account, and use different Outlook profiles
(telling it to prompt you for the profile to use)

Add your mail account under the Accounts option in your version of Outlook.
