How do i set up a repeating subject in Outlook "subject" field?

I am currently managing 2 concurrent projects. I need to set up 2 generic
subjects in Outlook "subject Field":

[client 1 - Project X] - blabla
[client 2 - Project Y] - blabla

This will save me the burden of typing the [...] texts each time I need to
send an email with regard to one of these 2 projects.

Could you please help?

Many ways to go here. Some solutions are;
-You can create a message template
-You can use some VBA to programmatically create a new message with a
pre-filled subject
-You can construct a mailto: shortcut link

make templates and create buttons on the toolbar on which you apply
hyperlinks to the templates
