how do I set up a repeating macro in Word?

I need to create a macro which will take the text from a field and copy it to
several other fields of my choosing.

You don't need a macro. Instead, for the repetitions, use
cross-references pointing to the first field. In the Insert >
Cross-reference dialog, choose "Bookmarks" as the type of thing to
refer to. Each form field has an associated bookmark that serves as
the field's name.

You can see and change the field's bookmark name in its Properties
dialog. While you're there, put a checkmark by the option "Calculate
on exit" so that the cross-references to that field will be
automatically updated.

I have a new question thought. In the form, I have a group of chek box
fields with their respective text. My question is; once the user places a
check mark on anyone of the check box fields, how do I select and repeat the
check box text in another part of the form?
