I want to set up a atabase that will show me where employees are, what they
are doing and how long they are going to be doing certain projects. I would
like the employees to enter what they are doin on a calendar or time sheet
and for anyone in the company to be able to access the time sheet to see
where a person is.

What you describe appears to be somethng that could, relatively easily, be
done with Microsoft Access. It is certainly possible to create an
activity-tracking database, but one paragraph isn't even the beginning of a
specification for such a database.

If "can this be done with Microsoft Access" wasn't the question you were
implying, then post back with clarification and perhaps someone can offer a
useful suggestion.
