how do I set up a correspondence record

I want to keep a record of everybody that writes to me showing their address
the topic and the date that they wrote, as some people write many times I
want a program that will allow me to enter the info and it will automatically
be aalloted to the individual who is writings record

you don't need to program for this. Just use Access to create a simple basic
database.
Programming is intended for coding BEHIND the database to get an high degree
of control and functionality. But for you use Access built-in function and
control would provide everything you may need.
