How do I set up a column

How do I set up a column to be the sum of previous item +2 cells and keep a
running total. Example Colums A B & C. A2+B2+C1=C2. Then A3+B3+C2=C3
 
I think you've already answered it, haven't you?

Enter the formula =A2+B2+C1 in to cell C2 and then drag it down the sheet.
