How do I set up a church management program in Access?

I've been trying to set up something in Access so that my church can keep
track of tithes and offerings. What I've got set up so far is not very much
help because I can't get more than one day on the form. I know I've done
something wrong, but I am at a loss as to how to fix it.
 
Trish, nobody can tell you how to build an entire database within the
context of this forum. and since nobody can see your database, it's
impossible to make suggestions on how you might fix whatever specific
problem you're having - unless you give us an explanation of the table(s)
that are being used in your form, and how the form is set up, and specific
details of what you're trying to accomplish in the form, and what's actually
happening when it "doesn't work".

Access comes with some pretty good database templates. The Asset Tracking
template comes to mind. Have you checked it out to see if it might suit your
needs? Or maybe the Ledger template?
