How do I set the default font for headers and footers in Excel?

I've changed the default font for Excel, but it didn't carry into the headers
or footers. How do I changed the header and footer default font?
 
Open a new book
Change the font in headers/footers
Save workbook in your XLStart folder as Book.xlt
