How do i set record select on mouse wheel in access

Not to tag along on your question, but I would also like to know how to do
the opposite on earlier versions of Access. I always wind up losing my
place on forms which are too big to fit on the screen and instinctively use
my scroll wheel trying to scroll down on the form, actually resulting in
moving God knows how many records off of my original....
 
PLEASE do NOT "tag along". You are only contaminating the thread. Your issue
does NOT deal with 2007.
I'm testing Office 2007. I want to turn on the mouse scroll wheel in forms so
it will scroll the records, NOT the page.
