How do I set my post to email me when there is a response

I am using Windows Mail to access these newsgroups because there is some
setting in my Windows that does not allow me to post to the web based
version. In the web based version you can have an email sent to you if
somebody responds to your post. How do you set it to do that in WIndows
Mail? I dont want to set up an email address in Windows Mail if I dont have
to as I use Outlook.

Sorry, but that's not available in WinMail.

However, if you check View | Current View | Show replies to my messages then
you will only see threads to which you have posted.
