How do I set Calendar Recurrence of 1st and 3rd weekday of the mo.

I am trying to post a recurring meeting twice Monthly on both the 1st and 3rd
Thursday. It does not seem to allow for multiple selections. Any work
arounds?
 
You'll need to create two recurring appointments for this.
