This is not a Word problem, and in any case your question displays a depth
of ignorance that cannot be addressed here. If you have not already arranged
for Web hosting, then you need to have a word with your ISP. Most ISPs offer
some free Web space for customers, and that may suit your needs. Otherwise,
you will need to register for a domain name and pay your ISP or some other
company for site hosting.
