How do I set an address book that can be shared with others?

I am trying to create an address book which can be shared by a few other
coworkers. This way, when we need to update a contact's information, we need
only to do it once and others will be able to see the changes.
 
Are you using Exchange Server? That's the only way Outlook information can
be shared.
