We are a non-profit and advertise seminars via email to people who have
conesnted to receiving our emails. If we try and send more then about 45
recipients per email, it gets kicked back for too many recipients. We have
about 1200 clients, so that is alot of individual emails.

How can we send one or two emails, to reach all of these clients?

Contact your ISP about the possibilities of doing a mass mail. Apparently
your current subscription doesn't support it. In some cases you can
technically work around it by doing a mail merge from within Word instead.

My recommendation is to create nested distribution lists. Create DL's of 40 -
45 recipients and when that's done, create a DL that contains all the other
new DL's.

Can you point me to a link that describes how to do a mail merge? Thank you,
I am new to this part of the business, and am trying to learn as quick as I
can :)

Open your Contacts folder-> Tools-> Mail Merge...
