I am trying to set up an Outlook rule that will send everything that does not
come from my Exchange Server (i.e. all external Email) to a specifed folder.
Can anyone help?

Thanks

In the rules wizard click on "Move new message from someone" \ and only
check "with specific words in senders address". The word to use would be
what ever comes after the @ symbol. This will move all mail from your
intranet into a specific folder. The other way would be to use the "from
people or distribution list" option instead of the specific word one. And
use your equivalent to the system wide distro.

In addition to the other suggestion, you could also use the "through the
specified account" condition.
