how do I send a document from word using outlook express?

I use Outlook Express as my e-mail program however when I am in Word and
would like to send a document it uses Outlook as the e-mail program. How do
I get OE as the e-mail program?
 
Try making Outlook Express your default email program in Start |
Control Panel | Internet Options | Programs.
 
You must designate OE as your default mail client in Internet Options and
also make sure that Outlook does not think it is the default. In Outlook, go
to Tools | Options | Other and make sure that "Make Outlook the default
program for E-Mail, Contacts, and Calendar" is not checked.
