In outlook express selecting a stationery was very easy. You just had to
click the little triangle next to NEW and you could select any stationary
you wanted.

In outlook 2003 I cant find a way!! If I go to options I can create new
ones, edit them and even select a default one which in fact I tried and
works fine but my problem is that I have two different stationeries I need
to use depending on the email I am sending so like I outlook express I want
to be able to select one everytime I need to write a new email message.

FYI I am not using Word as my email editor.

Hi Laurent,

Thanks for your posting here.

You can specify stationery for one new message you create:

On the Actions menu, point to New Mail Message Using, and then click the
stationery you want to use.

If the stationery you want is not listed, click More Stationery, and in the
Stationery list, click the one you want to use. For additional stationery
available from the Web, click Get More Stationery.

Note: These procedures are available only if you use HTML as your message
format.

Hope this helps! Have a nice day!

Thanks & Regards
