How do I see who my bcc recipients were after sending an email?

I need a record of who I sent the bcc email to. My "Sent" copy does not show
the bcc recipients. How can I develop a copy of the email showing the bcc
recipients as I typed them?
 
Open the item in your Sent Items folder, open it, go to the Actions menu and
choose to resend the message. The BCC recipients should be visible then
