How do I search mail folders using Outlook 2007?

I am using Outlook 20007 and MS Exchange. I have multiple user mailboxes
that I constantly search. Ever since I have installed Office 2007, the
option of searching those mailboxes is not available. The search only does
my outlook folders and no one elses. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
This doesn't allow me to search multiple user's mailboxes as allowed in MS
Outlook 2003. This still just search's my own mailbox. For example, if I
was in another user's mailbox in Outlook 2003 I was able to use the search
feature to find email messages. Now in Outlook 2007, even if I am in
someone's email box, Outlook only will search my messages.
