How do I save tick data in excel?

Can someone please help me here....I get streaming forex data in excel,
and I would like to save it so that I get a day's open,high,low,close data.

Or is there anyway I can import from web and if can be updated
automatically? I tried finance.yahoo.com, but can't find forex data.

Please advise.

Exactly what are you looking for. I have some free files at xltraders
goto
(e-mail address removed)
and look in the files section. There are several free files.
I have a couple of free files under author donalb36

Thanks a lot. I joined your group....most of the files section
contain files for stocks, and I am looking for forex.
I can get fx historical data, thats not a problem, I just want to
automate the updating, is it possible to do so? I am sure I must
create a macro, but don't know where exactly to start.

I do not intend to download the meta trader and I saw no coding efforts so I
