how do i save sent messages automatically in other folders

I would Like to save certain sent messages in a folder other than the sent
items AUTOMAGICALLY eg. i send/recieve emails from suppliers and i currently
move recieved emails manually to a personal folder and i want the sent items
placed in the same folder AUTOMAGICALLY i am about to change my settings so
as incoming mail goes straight to its folder so any help would be great
 
there's an Outlook 2003 rule that will operate on Sent Items and "move a
copy" to another folder. see if you can tailor it to your needs.

If you want the replies to be saved in the folders with the original
messages, then click Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail Options
and check the "In folders other than Inbox..." box.
