How do I save movies as something other that WMV?

Is there a way to save the movies as an MPEG, AVI, or other video types other than WMV? If so how?
 
I do not see the Other Option. If I go into Tools - Option, it allows to change NTSC to PAL. I need to convert back into an AVI so it can be displayed into a program called Quicktime.


I appreciate anyones assistance.

It's not in the pull down menu Options. It's in the Other Options that you
can pick from in one of the dialog boxes as you run through the save-movie
wizard.
