how do i save all my e-mails. I am reinstalling windows

I need to wipe out the partition due to Viruses & spyware specifically kazaa
never download that. Anyway I need to save all my received e-mails and adress
book with all contacts cards. Does anyone have an answer to this issue.

Search for, and copy your 8.pst file(s) (with Outlook closed........)
