How do I rotate an organization chart in PowerPoint?

Is it possible to rotate an organization chart in PowerPoint so that the
manager is down the left hand side and the co-workers ect are on leading
lines going to the right?

Click on the manager box then in the pop up menu that should appear choose
layout > right hanging.

If thats not quite what you want you can draw your own with boxes and
connectors (make sure you use connectors not lines)
