When I go to create a new message a warning box appears that states "A
program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook, do
you want to allow. Select Y or N, iIf this is unexpected it could be a
virus".

How do I fix this problem.

Post once and be patient. One-half hour is not a very long time. Since
everyone here is a voluteer, it can take longer to answer your question.

I suspect you're using Word as your email editor. Either don't use Word or
remove the add-in that is causing the message. Adobe Acrobat's PDFMaker is
often the culprit.

Brian,

Thank you for that information, I did recently had Acrobat put on my
computer for work. How do I remove Word as my editor? That pop up is very
anoying and it looks like you might have the solution.

I do appreciate you responding.

Tools>Options>Mail Format. Uncheck the option to use Word.
