How do I reverse text to print on iron on transfer form?

I have some text that I want to print off on an iron on transfer from so it
needs to be reverse image. How do I do this?
 
Word has no built-in way to do this, but many printer drivers do. Look in
your printer Properties for a "Mirror image," "Flip horizontal," or similar
setting.
